Refund policy
Returns or exchanges on sealed items will be accepted with a receipt or purchase record under our loyalty reward program. Sealed items can be returned for up to 90 days.
For new LEGO® sets that have been opened and found to be missing pieces or bags, replacement parts can be requested at www.lego.com/en-us/service/replacementparts/missing.
All sales of used/preowned sets, case minifigs, out-of-the-package products, and bulk Lego are final and cannot be returned.
