Is everything you sell available on this website?

There's always more to see in store! Our inventory is constantly changing, and browsing in person at our location at 2927 Breton Road SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512 is the best way to enjoy everything we have to offer.

How do my loyalty rewards points work on the website?

When you shop on our website, you'll accrue loyalty rewards at Bricks & Minifigs Grand Rapids just as you would in store! Be sure to use the email you use in store so that your purchase connects to your account. If you use a different email, it will establish a second account for you.

At this time, loyalty rewards cannot be used for discounts when checking out. We are working on integrating that in the future.

Purchases at our website and in our store accrue points for rewards that can be redeemed at Bricks & Minifigs Grand Rapids.

Can I pay with store credit?

Great question! At this time, store credit cannot be used to pay for website purchases. We are working on integrating this feature in the future.

Can I use coupons on the site?

Coupons valid at Bricks & Minifigs Grand Rapids will indicate if they are valid on the website, and will give you the correct code to input when checking out. If the coupon doesn't mention the website, then it is valid for in-store purchases only.

When will my item ship?

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday–Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orders placed between 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Monday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday.

Order Tracking
If a tracking numbers is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have a tracking number from the carrier.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Can I return items?

Returns or exchanges on sealed items will be accepted with a receipt or purchase record under our loyalty reward program. Sealed items can be returned for up to 90 days.

For new LEGO® sets that have been opened and found to be missing pieces or bags, replacement parts can be requested at www.lego.com/en-us/service/replacementparts/missing.

All sales of used/preowned sets, case minifigs, out-of-the-package products, and bulk LEGO® pieces are final and cannot be returned.

What if my new LEGO® set is missing a piece?

For new LEGO® sets that have been opened and found to be missing pieces or bags, replacement parts can be requested at www.lego.com/en-us/service/replacementparts/missing.

Yes, we do! You can find out all about our process and book an appointment on our Trade & Sell page.

Please note that we can only make evaluations and offers in person in our store. We are not able to offer evaluations via email or other means.
